Celebrate
the New Year with an outdoor
dining experience at
Nautilus Restaurant.
New Years
Eve 2011 is fast approaching and although we have a
number of reservations already in place we do still have
availability for this special celebration. We will be offering a
5 course Tasting Menu
featuring specially designed culinary delights.
Length of dining is generally between 3 & 4 hours, so you
can relax and enjoy the Musical Entertainment
that will be
provided by Dave Nesbitt's guitar duo. Our Canopy Lounge will be
open for pre-dinner cocktails from 5.30pm and we are happy to
continue serving drinks in this raised area until late

Conditions
Reservations are essential for the 31st of December and
we are happy to take these at
any stage during the year. We will require a credit card deposit
of $50 per person to secure the reservation.
Deposits
are 100% refundable on cancellations made on and prior to
the 24th of December. For cancellations on or
after the 25th of December or in the event of
a no-show the deposit will be forfeited.
Please note that no
transaction will be made against the credit card
unless there is a cancellation
after the 24th.
All reservations will be
confirmed 2-3 days prior to the 31st. We require your
accommodation details and a telephone number (preferably
a mobile number) on which you can be contacted 48 hrs
prior to evening.
Please note that we are unable to accept reservations
involving children under the age of 8 or babies.
