YEARS EVE @ NAUTILUS

Celebrate
the new year with an outdoor dining experience at
Nautilus Restaurant. On offer is a 5-course Chefs Tasting Menu
featuring specially designed culinary delights and including Southern Rock Lobster.
Recommended length of dining is 3-4 hours, so that you
can relax and enjoy the Musical Entertainment
provided. we are happy to offer
drinks and dancing in our lounge until 1 am.

Booking
Conditions
We are
happy to take reservations for the 31st of December at
any stage during the year, however we do require a credit card deposit
of $50 per person to secure the reservation. This deposit
is 100% refundable on cancellations made on and prior to
the 24th of December. For cancellations on or
after the 25th of December or in the event of
a no-show the deposit will be forfeited.
(Please note that no credit card
transaction will be made unless there is a cancellation
after the 24th).
All reservations will be
confirmed 2-3 days prior to the 31st. We require your
accommodation details and a telephone number (preferably
a mobile number) on which you can be contacted 48 hrs
prior to evening.
Please note that we are unable to accept reservations
involving children under the age of 8 or babies.
Early
Bird Dining
Nautilus offers
an early dining menu for guests wishing to dine early
before wandering down the street to enjoy the
festivities and view the early fireworks on the
foreshore. This is a 3 course set menu with choice.
Booking conditions require a seated by 6.15pm out by
8.00pm arrangement. The menu and pricing will be
available shortly. Please note that we are unable to
accept reservations involving children under the age of
8 or babies.
