"The Ultimate Outdoor Tropical Dining Experience"
Nautilus Restaurant can accommodate up to 140 guests for
seated dining across 3 areas. For smaller numbers we are
happy to work with you to ensure that you are placed in
the dining area that best suits your requirements.
Allocation to an area is dependent on the time of the
year and other bookings for a given evening.
The option to occupy your own private area is available.
Prices quoted here are current until April 2007. For
groups larger than 8 people please allow for a service
gratuity of between 5 & 10%.
Up to 50 guests
The forest deck provides a medium size area for intimate
dining amongst the rainforest gardens. This deck seats
between 40 and 50 guests with a limit of 55. Sole use of
the forest deck requires a minimum spend of $5,500 plus
gratuity.
Up to 75 guests
The Courtyard provides a larger size area for dining
underneath the 60 foot coconut palms. The courtyard
seats between 60 and 75 guests with a limit of 80
dependant on the weather. Sole use of the Courtyard
requires a minimum spend of $9,500 plus gratuity.
Greater than 75 guests
It is possible to accommodate a group of between 75 and
100 guests across the two areas. For greater than 90
guests we highly recommend sole use of the entire
restaurant, this requires a minimum spend of $16,500
plus gratuity. Sole use is definitely required for
groups larger than 100 people or where entertainment is
planned.
Smaller groups
Smaller groups are welcome to take sole use of an area,
or even the whole restaurant, provided that they are
prepared to achieve the required minimum spend. We are
able to offer part use of our tree top Canopy Lounge
area for semi private dining only at our discretion, to
seat a maximum of 24 guests.
Please note: A minimum spend is the smallest food
& beverage total charge applicable in the case of sole
use. How this spend is achieved is up to the guest.
Where a group does not achieve their minimum spend the
remaining difference will become a sole use charge. All
group bookings are subject to Nautilus booking terms and
conditions. |
