Payments by Amex and Diners Card are subject to a 3.5% surcharge

This is the minimum number of guests that will be charged on the function date
A service gratuity is payable at a suggested rate of between 5% and 10% of food and beverage account
Gratuity paid should relate to the service levels provided by your waiters on the night
If a gratuity amount is not indicated, an amount at a rate of 7.5% will be added to your account
